THE Tavistock Supporters of Cancer Research UK were disappointed to have to cancel their fund raising quiz on December 7 due to the severe weather, but a new date has been arranged.

Several teams contacted the group unable to make the quiz and some of the helpers were unable to travel to the parish centre in Tavistock, where it was being held, because of the icy roads.

The quiz has now been re-arranged to take place in the spring on Wednesday, March 30 at the parish centre.
