ALL horse owners in West Devon are being invited to take part in a fun ride later this month to help raise money for the Air Ambulance Appeal.

Riders will go from Lifton to North Petherwin on the fun ride on Sunday April 17.

Organiser Michael Bickell said: 'We will start at Lifton Farm Shop and ride to Weston Farm, North Petherwin. It will be mostly off-road and we will be crossing some streams, small rivers and farmland. There will be fun and games at Weston Farm at lunchtime with refreshments available. Everyone is welcome to the lunch, not just riders..'

The fun ride will cost £15 per adult and a sensible donation for children. The ride will start at Lifton Farm Shop at 10.30am and anyone wanting to take part must have their own horse. No booking is necessary.
