TAVISTOCK RFC U7s had a terrific day at the Ivybridge Festival. The team played well in the first two games to beat Dartmouth by 4-1 tries and draw with Sidmouth 3-3. Toby, Tom, Liam and William all scored good tries for Tavistock.

However the side saved their best rugby for the two narrow defeats to Ivybridge and Newton Abbot. The team tagged well in defence and never let their opposition settle. Max, Ted and Jonathan all went close to scoring. In attack, Toby, well supported by Joe and Liam, scored some great tries.

The attitude and effort of the team was terrific throughout.
