A RECENT fun day on the Millennium Green at Albaston involved music and games with £100 raised in memory of local resident Joan Uglow.

Albaston family band Yorkie performed with special guests Dan Thomas and Tim Buchanan, rock school band Mid-Life Crisis and friends Rob and Rosie Fierek on brass and mic.

The raffle in memory of the late Joan Uglow, who ran the Kelly Bray petrol station with her husband David many years ago, raised £100 for the Children's Hospice South West.
