HIGH blood pressure is a condition which shows no symptoms and people may suffer from it without knowing.

It is advised to keep a regular check on your blood pressure to prevent a stroke or heart attack.

Nurses from the Stroke Association will be giving free blood pressure checks at Lake Pharmacy in Tavistock on Tuesday January 12, between 10am and 12 noon.

If you are thinking of taking up exercise, you should have your blood pressure checked first.
