AT Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday a four ball better ball medal was played for the winter fourball trophy.

Results ? Division 1: 1, D File jnr and R Johnson with an excellent net 56 and trophy winners; 2, G Holt and H Penna, net 58; 3, G Pengelly and F Cooke winning on last 9 with net 59.

Division 2: 1, A Shapland and R Lee net 58; 2, R Prouse and B Fishleigh winning on last 6 with net 61; 3, B Kelly and S Lee net 61.

On Sunday November 16 the turkey trot four ball better ball stableford was played.

First with an excellent 47 points, J Parker and W Flockton; second, R Stevens and C Stevens winning on last 9 with 46 points; third J Leonard and R Metherell 46 points.
