CHILDREN at Shebbear College Junior School had a treat recently, when they were visited by an RAF helicopter.

Children not only got to see the helicopter land, but speak to its crew, sit in the cockpit and look inside the aircraft.

The school expressed thanks to the crew and everyone involved in organising the visit.
