Fitness was the key

North Okes U13 . . .17

THIS was North Okes first game of the season and the first playing 15 man rugby on a full pitch. It took awhile for them to adjust but after Darcy Heard scored the first try they started to control the game.

Rob Stepto scored the second and made the third for Merick Kirby, which Andrew North dually converted. South Molton then came back into the game scoring two tries of their own. Both teams showed great competitiveness with fitness being the key to the game.

This week: away to Cullompton. Meet at the club 9am Sunday.
