WAR enthusiasts and history fanatics are being urged to pay a visit to Callington Heritage Centre, which is packed with fascinating information about the 1914-18 war and its effect upon Callington and the surrounding area. Information has been collected about local families who lost men in the conflict and about the events that were held to support the war effort and give succour to to displaced Belgian families. This, and much more, is readily available to be viewed at the centre on Liskeard Road on Fridays or by appointment.
