businesses in Callington are being offered the chance to sponsor new flowerbeds around the town. In the recent town survey an overwhelming number of residents said they would like to see more flowers in the town. The town council has designated areas on the approach to the Saltash Road roundabout, around the Liskeard Road and Tavistock Road roundabouts and at Kelly Bray. The council will construct and dig the beds as well as carrying out watering, weeding and grasscutting. Businesses will be able to erect a sign indicating who has sponsored the bed.
