TWO fires were deliberately started in council rubbish bins at Bow last Saturday.
North Tawton firefighters were called to the old petrol station and the bridge at Bow at 8.30am on Saturday, where the bins were set alight. Station officer Twiggy Lake said starting fires was very dangerous and the incident had been passed on to police.
