OKEHAMPTON Farmers' Market will be offering a special festive treat to the first 200 people through the door for its Christmas Fair this Saturday, December 20 — a free mince-pie and glass of mulled apple juice.
Trainee chefs from Percy's Academy at Percy's Restaurant at Virginstowe will be taking over the cafe to produce mouth-watering morning snacks and lunches using some of the finest local produce, available from the usual wide range of stalls.
The farmers' market is open between 9am and 2pm in the Charter Hall, Okehampton.
