SOUTH Tawton Primary School held their harvest festival last Thursday.

This year the school chose Okehampton Foodbank as its charity. The assembly was led by Year 1 and 3 pupils, and included a short presentation on the work of the Foodbank by volunteer Mark Quick.

The school donated hundreds of food items for the charity. Both the school and Okehampton Foodbank expressed thanks to everyone who contributed.
