THE Rock Methodist Church in Yelverton held a successful five-day Christmas tree festival, raising £600 for charity.

The organisers expressed thanks to all who supported the event, including sponsors, decorators, stewards and musicians. The money raised will be given to ShelterBox and Yelverton Village Parks.

Visitors who voted for their favourite tree chose the one decorated by Grantham Piano Services.
