THE Moorland Guides are inviting keen walkers to explore Postbridge and its surrounding area with a number of guided walks.

In any direction from Postbridge there are fascinating places to visit, including the East Dart Valley, the gunpowder factory at Powder Mills, the Bronze Age antiquities in Bellever Forest, the ancient settlement of Pizwell and the long-abandoned farm at Brown's House.

The Moorland Guides have arranged regular Tuesday morning walks from the Information Centre, leaving at 10am and taking approximately three hours.

Guides Debbie Jenkin or Richard Ware have a series of planned walks which can be varied to suit the weather and the interests of the group.
