MEET the farmers and the animals at the historic Pizwell Farm at Postbridge on September 13 at a special farm open afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.
The farm dates from the Domesday Book so there will be a chance to see the old farm buildings and see how farming has changed over the years.
There will be cows, sheep, Dartmoor ponies and chickens to see and tractors old and new. There will also be an optional farm walk and an opportunity to buy beef from cattle reared on the farm. The family afternoon will include stalls and produce with drinks and cakes available.
