A LORRY with a full load of straw was severely damaged by a fire which broke out at Nattadon Farm, near Chagford last Friday. Fire appliances from Chagford and Moretonhampstead were supported by a four wheel drive appliance from Bovey Tracey. Firefighters were called out to the farm shortly before 1.30pm and left around three hours later. Two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were used to extinguish the fire which is not thought to be suspicious.
