FANTASTIC live music will come to Okehampton this weekend with an in-store performance by ?Duo Fantastico? at Millenium Music in the Arcade.
Duo Fantastico comprise two acoustic guitarists and singers, who will be singing a number of familiar songs as well as some of their own compositions.
The duo have just returned from performing in Greece.
Millenium Music owner Richard Appleby said he had long had an ambition to showcase live music in his shop, and was excited that he was now set to realise this aspiration by bringing a talented double act to Okehampton.
?I?m really excited, they are just going to do a short spot and if it works we will look at doing it again, maybe on a regular basis,? he said.
Richard said he had now started selling guitars in his record shop as another way of encouraging people in Okehampton to pick up instruments and enjoy music.
The fantastic six-string wielding duo are scheduled to perform sometime after 3pm this Saturday, August 9.
