THE young, the old and the inbetween got into the spirit of giving on Friday to help raise funds towards the BBC’s Children in Need appeal.

People all over West Devon dressed up and held cake sales, raffles and other fundraising events for the cause, which this year raised a record-breaking £37,100,687.
