CELEBRITY chef Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant in Padstow will be one of the major exhibitors at the Tavistock Food Festival in July. Rick Stein has recently implemented a policy of supporting local food festivals and was aware of how strong a festival Tavistock had become, said the restaurant's retail manager Roger Clough. A range of products will be available to try and buy including the popular 'Chalky's Bite' beer, named after Rick's celebrity dog who sadly died last year. Festival chairman Jeffrey Stackhouse said: 'We are really proud to have the Seafood Restaurant as one of our 2007 exhibitors. It is a great compliment that the restaurant has chosen us. 'We have virtually filled our exhibitor spaces and are looking forward to a hugely successful festival weekend on July 28 and 29.'
