A WOMAN who is researching her family tree within the Tavistock area is appealing for help from local residents. Caroline Elsworth from Kent is asking if anyone could help by providing any photographs or information regarding Tavistock Maternity Home in Whitchurch where she was born in May 1972 ? it is now Tregarland ? and Langstone Children?s Home, formerly known as Langstone Manor, in Brentor where her mother was born in 1948.
