A TAVISTOCK couple are desperately appealing for the safe return of their much loved family dog, who has now been missing for a week.

Pat and Alick Venning of Plymouth Road, Tavistock, first lost their male dog, Golly, a fifteen and a half year old black and white Shih Tzu (pictured above) at 7.30pm from outside of their home opposite the Texaco garage on Plymouth Road in Tavistock on Wednesday, March 16. Golly has not been seen since.

Golly is deaf, blind in his right eye, has weak hind legs and a severe heart murmur which requires daily life saving medication.
