A WEST Devon photographer who is trying to complete an ambitious pictorial study of family life has appealed for models who might like to be part of the project. Charles Fox, who lives at Winkleigh, is gradually compiling enough photographs to complete a book, which would also include poetry and thoughts on young people and their place in family life. Mr Fox, 38, said he was interested in both black and white and colour pictures and a variety of styles, using traditional film rather than digital photography. He has had a long standing interest in photography and has lived in the Winkleigh area for 15 years. Around 700 photographs have already been taken since Mr Fox began the project last summer, but he said he needed many more photographs to be able to achieve his aim of producing a book where every photograph captured something different. Mr Fox said he was ?looking for people of all shapes and sizes? but who were enthusiastic about getting involved. He said his previous experience working in a stables meant he was happy taking shots of horses and their owners, but was equally happy taking pictures in other settings which reflected the subject?s interests and background. If anyone is interested in finding out more about the project or wants to have their picture taken as part of the study, Mr Fox can be contacted on 07837 238327.
