FISHLEIGH Estate in Hatherleigh will be the backdrop for a family fun day and sheepdog trials next month for Children?s Hospice South West.
The event has been kindly supported by the BBC?s Britain Goes Wild team, who provided signed copies of Bill Oddie?s book to raffle. Fishleigh was chosen as the base for live broadcasts during ?Britain Goes Wild? earlier this summer.
The event on Saturday, August 21 starts at 10am with a barbecue and refreshments are available. The family dog show is from 1-2pm and there will be games, crafts and produce stalls throughout the day.
Little Bridge House founder Jill Farwell will present prizes.
