THE third Grand Summer Fete held by Tavistock Parish Church will be welcoming visitors to get involved in a family fun day this Saturday (June 16).

The fete has been organised by the Friends of St Eustachius' and will be held in the churchyard. There will be an opening ceremony at 10am and a big attraction for young people will be a bouncy castle but there will be something to suit all ages and tastes.

Stalls will include a coconut shy, face painting, tombola, various games of skill and a prize draw. Burgers, hot dogs and other refreshments will be on offer.

Entry is free and the fete is planned to close at 4pm.

All profits from the day will be used to help maintain the parish church.
