PUPILS at Lady Modiford's School, Walkhampton, have been learning about Fairtrade during the recent Fair Trade Week.
The children were all involved in making goods which they could sell at a craft fair held in the school hall.
Along with cotton bags, which they printed, they made felt fish, lanterns and drift wood mobiles which they sold on stalls to their families and friends.
Refreshments and cakes were provided; all made with Fairtrade products.
Thanks were expressed to the Co-op at Yelverton, who donated a range of Fairtrade goods for a fantastic hamper which was raffled.
All the money raised will be going to the Fairtrade Foundation Charity.
