A CHAGFORD-based company joined in the festivities of the world-famous Widecombe Fair recently to launch its new 2006 brochure. The Helpful Holidays company also celebrated making it to the regional finals of both the Small Business Awards and the E-Commerce Awards, arranged by the DTI.
