RHS Garden Rosemoor's first ever Eco Fair on April 5 is designed to help anyone wanting to adopt a greener lifestyle, no matter how much they think they know on the subject.

From the big changes to the small, everything makes a difference and can even save money. The Terrace Marquee will be filled with various local suppliers of goods and services that can help people reduce their impact on the environment.

The exhibition will showcase, among other things, alternative fuels, composting, rainwater harvesting, solar and wind power, eco buildings and natural insulation.

Keypitts Farm are bringing their electric quad bikes, proving that even adrenaline sports can be green, and Earth Elements from Barnstaple will have a working model to demonstrate how renewable energies can benefit all.

There will also be specialised nest boxes, natural insulation for period buildings, walking books and even a solar powered elephant called Nellie!
