LOTTERY EX20, a local lottery serving the Okehampton postcode area, is hosting a multi-charity Christmas Fair next week. The event takes place at the Charter Hall, Okehampton, on Saturday, November 19, between 9.30am and 3pm with free admission. Some of the charities taking part include Hospiscare, Dartmoor Rescue Group, Cancer Research, Traidcraft, Macmillan Nurses, Devon Aid Korogwe, Get Changed Theatre Company, Okehampton and District Lions, Force and Okehampton Scouts. Refreshments will be available, including mince-pies and mulled wine, with an array of Christmas presents and cards to buy, as well as a special early visit by Father Christmas. In the four years since the Lottery EX20 began, it has been able to distribute thousands of pounds to good causes in the area.
