THE winner of the EX 20 Lottery draw for November 4 was Jerome Twomey of Hatherleigh.
Mr Twomey won the first prize of £63, with ticket number 70.
Miss B Herrod-Taylor of Hatherleigh was second with number 249 and won £31.50; third and fourth, winning £7.88 respectively were Mary Smith of Okehampton with number 1005 and C Brown of Okehampton, with number 296.
The total lottery stake was £315.
