BRIAN Bowles from Okehampton is £80.80 better off after winning first prize in the EX20 Lottery draw held on January 25. Second prize of £40.40 went to Mrs J Wilson from Okehampton. Donald Rooke and Mrs Elizabeth Allen, both from Okehampton, won the third and fourth prizes of £10.10.
