THERE is a packed line up of new bands providing live music at The Tavistock Inn during the next few weeks. The pub in Brook Street is beginning to establish a reputation for its varied entertainment programme. Landlady Helen said: 'We've got a lot of new bands signed up for the New Year, plus most of the most popular groups from last year.' Just some of an ever-increasing list on the line-up are The Reoffenders on January 12; The Crackers on January 20; the Debs Kemp Band on January 27 and in February, Driving South and Simple Design. Look out for the posters on display outside the pub for details.
