ONE of Okehampton's long-awaited traffic delays could soon be over as work progresses at New Road, Okehampton. Motorists have been delayed coming in and out of the town's main throughfare on the A386 by 'temporary' lights which have been there while an insurance claim of who was responsible for building work and the repairing of walls was resolved.
