Emily Tomkins, of Tavistock, had a very successful day at Exeter Equestrian Centre recently riding her chestnut mare, Blue Alert.
Emily, aged 14, beat off stiff competition two win two consecutive classes in the Senior British Show Jumping Association competition.
Emily is a member of the Spooners and West Dartmoor Pony Club and West Devon Riding Club. She will represent the riding club as a team member at Hickstead at the end of this month.
Emily expressed thanks to all those who provided sponsorship for her to attend the event.
