ANOTHER impressive performance to gain valuable league points for Tavy but it came with the loss of Matthew Dudley with severe ligament damage after an untidy tackle.
He will be out for several weeks, a big loss for Tavy?s defence as it is their second injury in as many weeks, formerly losing Lee Webber with a similar complaint.
It was not all doom and gloom as Tavy fought hard and ran out deserved winners. James Philpotts, restored to his more familiar attacking role, delightfully chipped an equaliser to Camelford?s opener but Tavy were rocked again as the visitors caught a lucky ricochet to leave the striker with only the keeper to beat.
Lee Bartlett levelled and at the 45-minute mark Tavy were beginning to take control. Second half goals followed by Dan Brockington and Ben Stephens who are neck and neck for goals so far this season and at this point there was no sign of a comeback.
Tavy?s defence withheld a late flurry with Gareth Patton filling in for the injured Dudley superbly.
