BUCKLAND Monachorum Drama Group are hard at work putting the finishing touches to their autumn production, ?Murder, Mystery and Mayhem?, a selection of one-act plays.

The first play is a melodrama called Moon on the Hill by Glyn Griffiths. The second is a comedy called Streuth! which was first performed at the Edinburgh Festival. The third is a pantomime, Little Web Riding Hood, which transports the traditional story into the world of the Internet and was written especially for the Buckland Drama Group by local author Donna Baker.

There will also be an extra item, which will vary each evening! Performance dates are November 26, 27, 28 and 29 at 7.30pm in Buckland Monachorum Village Hall. Tickets £5. For further information and booking call Claire Fryer on 01822 855336.
