High Moorland WI was one of the groups to benefit from donations from Princetown Community Fund during carol singing night held at the Prince of Wales pub in the village last month. The village carnival princesses, Jessica Jones, Anna Smale and Jemma Webster, presented a cheque for £300 to the WI group — other groups to benefit included the village firefighters, pre-school group, playgroup parents' association and St Michael's Church Preservation Fund.
