CAN someone please tell me why some dog owners pick up their dogs poo in plastic bags and then leave it on the ground or hanging like baubles from trees.

Who do they think is going to take it away, the poo fairy?

I walk my dog on the moor and am offended by these little packages that stay there for a very long time.

Dog poo is biodegradable, if flicked with boot or stick into the undergrowth it will do no harm and disappear within days, especially with all this rain.

I am lucky enough that I do not have to walk my dog in recreational areas or roads but on the odd occasion that I have, it has always been binned or taken home.
