RECENTLY I had occasion to use the public toilets in Tavistock Pannier Market and was disgusted at the state of them. They were extremely dirty and had no baby changing facilities which meant my toddler had to be changed lying on the floor which is quite unacceptable.

I dread to think what visitors to the town think.
