THE significance of the stannary charter will be examined in a special talk organised by the Tavistock branch of the Devonshire Association tomorrow (Friday). The event will be held at Kingdon House in Pym Street, where Dr Tom Greeves will give a presentation entitled The World of Devon?s Stannary Charter 1305. Non-members are very welcome to attend ? the event begins at 7.30pm.
