REPRESENTATIVES of developers Bellway Homes attended last week?s meeting of Okehampton Town Council?s plans committee to update members on the proposed major residential development to the south of Exeter Road and west of Fatherford Lane. The company said the development would consist of a mix of two, three and four bedroom properties and they hoped to submit a planning application to the borough council within the next four weeks. The land for development was purchased from Okehampton United Non Ecclesiastical Charity.
