AFTER the disappointment of the last-minute cancellation of Tavistock College's Snowsports trip last year, the students were pleased to be able to head off to Bardoneccia in Italy for this year's trip without hassle.

Forty-two students and six members of staff enjoyed a week of skiing and snowboarding organised by Halsbury travel.

Divided into ability groups for skiing and snowboarding, each group developed its own personality and had a fantastic week with their instructors — some instructors even asked to accompany the trip next year.

At the end of the week all students returned to Tavistock with new friendship groups, great memories, far too many photos and videos and a determination to do it all again next year!
