POLICE are appealing for information after a dead sheep was found in the Guildhall public toilets in Tavistock.

The incident was reported to police at 3am on December 9. The toilets were immediately closed and contractors brought in to clean the facilities. It is unclear whether the sheep was killed in the toilets or elsewhere.
