SEVEN students from Miss Trudi's School of Dance in Tavistock travelled to Plympton last month to take their dance examinations.

Outstanding results were gained with all six adults who took the tap examinations gaining Distinctions.

Kim Boxall, Sue Jewell, Thelma Varnes and Bex Olver only started tap dancing 18 months beforehand and took pre-level one examinations and Nelly Williams and Olivia Windsar took level 4, the final examination in the adult leisure tap syllabus.

Elysia Huxham also received a very high merit for her grade 2 ballet exam.
