A COMMUNITY dance and music showcase at Tavistock Wharf will include Scottish and Morris dancing, African drumming and dance, and belly dancers.
'Water Marks' is the finale of the John Taylor Festival and will be held on Thursday, December 10 at 7.30pm. There will be pre-performance music in the bar from 7pm by the Tavy Tars.
The guest speaker will be Dr Tom Greeves of the Tavistock Historical Society, with presenter Helena Ansell.
Local entertainers taking part are Tavistock Scottish Dancers, Maggi Squires, Ian Heard and Co, Sarah Rake, Lodestone Morris, Trudi Massey Dancers, Plymouth Morris, Tamar Tango, Eastern Sway, Chanda and Bini, African Dance and Drumming and Tribal Fire Belly Dancers.
