A YOUNG male had to be cut out of his vehicle after two cars collided on the A386 at Yelverton last week.

Two Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue appliances from Yelverton and Tavistock attended the scene at 6.51pm last Thursday (October 28).

The young male suffered neck injuries, received treatment from ambulance crews and was cut out of the vehicle.

Hydraulic rescue equipment was used.
