FIRE crews from Yelverton and Tavistock attended a fire in an oven in Horrabridge on Friday.

At around 3.30pm, crews found a small fire in the oven in the kitchen of a property at Madeira Villas. They extinguished the fire using breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.

They then ventilated the property.
