DRIVERS using the A30 at Merrymeet, near Okehampton have been advised that a new contraflow system will be in operation on the eastbound carriageway. The contraflow came into force from Tuesday morning and will be in place until the end of the year. The Highways Agency says the contraflow is not expected to cause any major delays to traffic.
