CONCERN is mounting over the welfare of a 14-year-old Gunnislake boy who was last seen almost two weeks ago. Bill Rake left his home at Lower Dimson on the morning of May 26 and visited a friend before leaving for lessons at Callington Community College. He never arrived at the school. Officers from South East Cornwall have been speaking to Bill?s friends and believe he may have contacted some of them by email but his whereabouts still remain unknown. Sgt Darren Cobbledick from Callington Police Station said because of the teenager?s age, he was being treated as a vulnerable missing person and until officers spoke to him the investigations would continue. ?We would ask anyone who has information about Bill?s whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible,? he said. ?His family are understandably very worried and want to hear from him to make sure he is okay.? Bill is white, 5ft 5in tall, average build with shoulder-length brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing black cords, a black T-shirt and a black hoody top with a white picture of a crow on the front. He was carrying a blue and grey patched rucksack. If anyone has information they are being asked to call the police on 08452 777444.
