TIMES readers are being asked to help a local man who needs parts for his old computer.
Janet Mashford from the company said the last time there was an appeal in the newspaper they had a 'brilliant' response.
'With the donated items we received many people have been able to find replacement parts to keep their computer systems going. This has proved to be even more important in the financial climate.
'We have a local man who is in urgent need of parts for his Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop. It is about eight years old but still could meet his needs if he gets the parts. It does not have to be in working order, it's the carcass we need.'
